Onanuga mocks Atiku, Obi, and El-Rufai following the ADC’s loss in the bye-elections, saying, “How market.”

Bayo Onanuga, the presidential spokesperson, has made fun of opposition leaders after the African Democratic Congress, or ADC, did poorly in the recently held by-elections.

Onanuga wrote, “How is the market now?” alongside a photo of former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar in a post on X on Monday morning.

Perceived as a taunt, the statement coincides with fresh inquiries concerning the power and applicability of opposition parties in the present political environment.

According to Basemedia News, the opposition leaders, who want to overthrow President Bola Tinubu in 2027, entered the election through the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in order to gauge public support.

But according to BASEMEDIA NEWS, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) saw some success, while the All Progressives Congress (APC) won the majority of the seats.
