Former captain Waheed Omololu has joined the Shooting Stars’ coaching staff. Omololu will collaborate with the team’s technical adviser, Nurudeen Aweroro. Omololu, a veteran of 59 Nigeria Premier Football League,NPFL, outings for the club, is expected to add important knowledge and leadership to the team. The young Shooting Stars team is thought to benefit much from his experience. Over the course of his three-year playing tenure with Shooting Stars, Omololu established himself as a vital member of the team. His switch to coaching is considered as a natural development, and his knowledge with the club’s culture is likely to benefit the team.
