The 2026 Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 4 will begin today, April 4, at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Ogun State, with newly promoted teams Sporting Lagos FC and Ranchers Bees FC.
The competition, which pits the four teams that qualified for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NNL) from the just finished NNL regular season, will culminate on April 8 with the announcement of the 2026 season’s overall victor. Sporting Lagos and Ranchers Bees, who are returning to the Nigerian top division after a few years in the lower division, will play their first game at 2 p.m., followed by Inter Lagos and Doma United at 4 p.m.

Each team will get N2 million as a participation fee, while the overall champion of the 2026 NNL would receive an enticing N10 million cash prize.

The weeklong action will resume on Wednesday after today’s opening games, with Sporting Lagos taking on Doma United and Ranchers Bees facing Inter Lagos FC.

Regional rivalries will take place on Matchday 3 on Friday, followed by a match between two northern teams, Doma United and Ranchers Bees. Sporting Lagos will play Inter Lagos in the Lagos derby.

Chichi Nwoko, CEO of Toptier Sports Management Limited, gave an assurance prior to the competition that all required preparations have been made to guarantee a smooth and unforgettable competition.
