Transfer: Ten Hag keen on acquiring two Man Utd players for Bayer Leverkusen

Erik ten Hag, the newly appointed manager of Bayer Leverkusen, has shown interest in acquiring two players from Manchester United.

Ten Hag, who took over from Xabi Alonso at Bayer Leverkusen, faces a significant challenge with the Bundesliga team as they approach the next season.

Manchester United dismissed the Dutchman at the end of October.

Last season, Bayer Leverkusen secured the Bundesliga title, while this season they ended up in second place behind the champion Bayern Munich.

Nevertheless, as reported by the German outlet Kicker, Ten Hag is keen on acquiring both Antony and Alejandro Garnacho from Man United.

During his time at the Red Devils, Ten Hag was the coach of both Antony and Garnacho.

This summer, Antony could depart from Man United. During the 2024/25 season, he spent time on loan at Real Betis.

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has informed Garnacho that he can depart from the club this summer.
