Victor Osimhen, a striker for the Super Eagles, has accelerated his recuperation from injury, according to the DAILY POST.
After suffering an arm injury during Okan Buruk’s team’s UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool last month, Osimhen is currently recovering.
Following surgery, the 27-year-old worked at the gym last week.
The forward has now begun completing running drills on the field with the physiotherapist, according to an update posted on Galatasaray’s official website.
On April 20, Osimhen is anticipated to resume full-team training.
A few days later, the strong forward will be able to compete against Fenerbahçe in the Intercontinental Derby.
On Wednesday (today), Galatasaray will travel to Göztepe for a league match.
