According to Senator Adams Oshiomhole, Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), lacks the necessary skills to win the 2027 election.
The lawmaker asserted that Peter Obi lacks reputation in an interview with Mic On Podcast on Sunday, citing his purported incapacity to handle and resolve party crises.
Oshiomhole stated that the former governor of Anambra State cannot be believed, citing Obi’s failure to honour his pledge to remain in the All Progressives Grand Alliance, or APGA.

In an interview with Mic On Podcast on Sunday, the lawmaker claimed that Peter Obi lacks reputation, citing his alleged inability to manage and resolve party crises.
Citing Obi’s failure to uphold his commitment to stay in the All Progressives Grand Alliance, or APGA, Oshiomhole declared that the former governor of Anambra State cannot be trusted.
Oshiomhole stated, “He wanted to join the ADC and they forcibly took over the party’s leadership, but when they said there would be a primary election and he didn’t want to go through the first stage of election, he went to join NDC.”
