Mikano supports the National Sports Festival

Mikano International, together with the renowned global automotive brand Changan, has shown their backing for the ongoing National Sports Festival (NSF) in Ogun State.

The organisations also declared their sponsorship of the sports fiesta named Gateway Games 2024, scheduled for May 18 to May 30.

The event honors values of athleticism, youth empowerment, and national unity that align perfectly with Mikano and Changan’s dedication to community development and excellence.
During the opening ceremony on Sunday at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena, the Mikano Group, which includes Mikano Power and Mikano Motors as well as Afrimedical, was fully represented.

In the days to come, participants will vie in a range of athletic competitions, with the culmination being the closing ceremony on May 30.

Joelle Haykal, Group Executive Director at Mikino International, stated, “Mikano and Changan are privileged to support this national initiative that elevates and brings together our youth through sports.”

Hyakal stated, “The brands will jointly enhance the success and visibility of the 2025 Games.”

He believes the 2025 Ogun State Gateway Games will be a landmark event in the national sporting calendar, with Mikano and Changan helping to create an unforgettable experience.
