According to the most recent report from the Impact Investors’ Foundation, more than 700 small and medium-sized businesses benefited from N1.1 trillion raised through local capital mechanisms and development finance institutions in an effort to increase investment.Speaking at the 8th Annual Convening on Impact Investing with the theme “Strengthening and Scaling the Nigerian Impact Economy” in Lagos, Iffat Mahmud, Regional Representative for Innovision Global Africa, stated in a new report titled “Nigeria’s Impact Investing Ecosystem Mapping and Market Sizing Report: Key Insights and Strategic Opportunities” that there has been an increase in the flow of domestic capital along with funds from foreign partners to support the expansion of investment.
