The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has provided more details about its plan to turn around the four state-owned refineries in Port Harcourt, Warri, and Kaduna. This comes amid the seemingly never-ending uncertainty surrounding the refineries, which have consumed trillions in maintenance without producing. However, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari stated that the planned maintenance of its three refineries will see it rejigged to produce internationally recognized high-grade petroleum products. Ojulari said at a press briefing in Abuja yesterday.
