Residents of Oyo State are experiencing considerable fear due to a leaked internal document that reports the presence of a man on the wanted list in Ogun State and other parts of the country.
The leaked document, obtained by DAILY POST, indicated that the wanted man, identified as Boyi Actor, was sighted in a black tinted car in Saki town, which is located in the Oke Ogun area of Oyo State near the border with Kwara State. This sighting comes shortly after a kidnapping incident in Kwara State, where 38 worshippers were later released.
The document, acquired on Monday, revealed the suspect’s movement within the state.
In a memo addressed to the Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Sunday Odukoya, the Executive Assistant on Security to Governor Seyi Makinde, urged security agencies to strengthen security in all strategic locations across the state.
Odukoya’s memo confirmed that the information received indicated that the individual wanted by Ogun State and other states was seen in Saki town in a black tinted vehicle, though the exact make and model are still unknown.
He stressed the need for the NSCDC to promptly activate security protocols along all entry and exit points of the state.
He further directed security personnel to focus on safeguarding the Governor’s Office/Government House, government installations, all schools (Universities/Secondary/Primary), recreation centers, banks, bus terminals/garages, churches/mosques, and security barracks/stations.
The memo read: “Information received from the Commandant Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps revealed that One BOYI ACTOR ‘M’ who is on wanted list of Ogun State and others States in Nigeria was sighted in a Black Tinted Car though the make and model of the car is yet to be received from the Author.
