Social activist and skit maker Debo Adebayo, known as Mr. Macaroni, criticized President Bola Tinubu regarding the increasing terrorism and mass abductions in Nigeria.
On his X handle, Macaroni faulted the President’s security management, labeling the continued kidnapping of schoolchildren as proof of “incompetence.”
He quoted Tinubu’s past statement about a president who fails to protect the people being incompetent, asserting that the abduction of any school child is a direct result of Tinubu’s incompetence, and that the blood of Nigerians shed by terrorism is on his head.
Macaroni’s comments follow the recent abduction of students and staff from St. Mary’s Catholic School in Niger State, an event confirmed by the Kotangora Catholic Diocese. This incident occurred shortly after the kidnapping of at least 25 students from a government school in Kebbi State.
