Singer Omawumi: “Love has always been transactional.”

In response to the common assertion that love relationships in the present era are transactional, well-known musician Omawumi has stated that this has always been the case.

“Love has always been a trade. Since the dawn of time, women have always been demanding. However, our transaction was different when I was younger because you could dazzle your crush with just popcorn and ice cream. However, it is now an iPhone, she stated.

However, the musician claimed that by neglecting women’s reciprocation, society occasionally exaggerates the transactional character of relationships.

The majority of men who lament the transactional aspect of relationships, she continued, put themselves in that situation by dating women who have more refined interests.
