Frankline expressed profound grief, noting that Nwobu was “full of life” just hours before in South Africa. The post suggested the actor died shortly after clubbing in South Africa over the weekend, a circumstance that remains officially unconfirmed. Other figures in the creative community, such as comedian Evan Okoro, have also posted tributes expressing disbelief. The report noted that just a few months prior, Nwobu was involved in a ghastly car accident. Crucially, as of the time of the report, there has been no official statement released by Nwobu’s family to confirm the death or provide details on the circumstances.
