Jakub Kamiński, a winger for Poland, has cautioned that his team will perform better against Nigeria when they play the Super Eagles in an international friendly on Wednesday at the National Stadium in Warsaw.
Following Poland’s 2-0 loss to Ukraine over the weekend, Kamiński gave a post-match interview.
Remember how Ukraine defeated Poland on Sunday thanks to goals from Roman Yaremchuk and Andriy Yarmolenko?
Sportowefakty quoted Kamiński as saying, “It’s clear that some of us were playing together for the first time, and it’s normal that there was sometimes a lack of automaticity.”
“We will undoubtedly improve the elements that weren’t working today, and we still have the match against Nigeria.”
Nigeria’s team will be reduced when they go to Warsaw for the match on Wednesday.
This comes after head coach Eric Chelle’s team for the friendly game withdrew Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Femi Azeez, Samson Tijani, Alhassan Yusuf, and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro.
