A group of bandits attacked the Adamawa community in the Sabon Birni Local Government Area of Sokoto State, during which they burned several buildings and a shop. The attack, which happened on Monday night, was reported by security analyst Bakatsine on X. Although no one was killed or abducted, the bandits set fire to three houses, including those belonging to a cleric, the village head, and Malam Ila, after looting a shop before setting it ablaze. Bakatsine questioned how many more communities must suffer such attacks before effective solutions are found. Authorities have not yet released an official statement regarding the incident.
