Sergio Ramos, a defender for Monterrey, has predicted that Kylian Mbappé of Real Madrid could win the Ballon d’Or award as many as five times in his career.
This was stated by Ramos during a conversation with reporters on Monday.
From 2021 to 2023, the Spaniard was Mbappé’s teammate at Paris Saint-Germain.
Mbappé has secured the Super Cup and Intercontinental Cup in his inaugural year with Madrid.
The 26-year-old set a new record at the Bernabéu by scoring 43 goals in 56 games, while also winning the European Golden Shoe.
“If I had the choice, I believe Kylian would have the comfort of bringing home four or five Ballons d’Or in the next five to ten years.
Ramos stated, “He possesses the talent; even though Madrid didn’t have a year filled with titles, he had an excellent season and demonstrated that he is a player of this caliber.”
