According to the Hausa community in Rivers State, four of its members were slain during the protest that targeted northerners at the Oil Mill Market in the Rumuokwurusi neighborhood of Port Harcourt last weekend.This was revealed on Tuesday by Mr. Musa Saidu, the chairman of the Hausa Community in Rivers State, who accompanied other northern leaders to the market to evaluate the situation. He claimed that amid the violence, a number of northern traders’ stores were plundered and vandalized.
