The train involved in the Warri-Itakpe disaster was not overloaded, according to Kayode Opeifa, Director-General of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, NRC.
While answering questions on Channels Television’s “The Morning Brief” on Wednesday, Opeifa provided the explanation.
