Sheikh Gumi: “They are fighting the Islamic Republic, not the Iranian people.”According to Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, an Islamic cleric, Iran’s Islamic Republic system is the target of continuous hostilities rather than its people.  Gumi said in a Facebook post on Tuesday that Persians would be crucial to maintaining Islam in the future and that the struggle is not against the Iranian people.  Additionally, he advised against making fun of the usage of Allah’s name, stating that God has final power.

Six are kidnapped by bandits during an early-morning raid on Sokoto village.Six individuals were kidnapped by bandits during an early morning attack on Gazau village in Sokoto State’s Isa Local Government Area.  According to a source who spoke to DAILY POST, the attackers stormed multiple residences in the village at around one in the morning on Monday and kidnapped a total of thirteen people, including twelve women and one guy.  He clarified that one person was released for every two members of the same household after the attackers stopped in Dan Adama Forest and asked the kidnapped to identify themselves.
